What you will do

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to manage the implementation of website optimization campaigns in collaboration with the Customer Success Managers. Technical Support Engineers work closely with customers to resolve their most challenging problems. In constant contact with the Customer Success Managers and indirectly with the customers, you will guarantee the customer satisfaction and quality of integration of the different campaigns.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will:

  • Manage the creation and implementation of A / B tests and site customization campaigns.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and propose the best possible integration solution to meet the customer's needs.
  • Develop new pages and modules for our customers.
  • Accompany the Business Consultants during technical training for key accounts.
  • Participate in the rise of the skills of Business Consultants on different front-end languages.
  • Imagine and develop new innovative features (plug-ins) for the product.
  • Participate in the development of the tool by exchanging with the different teams (Product / R & D).

What we are looking for

Ideal candidates should possess the following knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Must have outstanding and effective English communication skills (oral and written)

  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to legally work in the US (sponsorship not available)
