What you will do

We are seeking for high-performing Sales Manager who will contribute to AB Tasty’s expansion in the APAC region. He/She is in charge of creating, managing and closing business opportunities. We are seeking for a person who have a high-performance sales culture and ready to seek for new business.

o Understand pain points and needs of prospects and existing clients, to adapt Sales approach
o Prospect, organize meetings and demos, establish proposals, negotiate and close deals.
o Reach and exceed monthly revenue targets on a quarterly basis
o Maintain a robust and healthy pipeline as well as data accuracy in the company’s CRM solution
o Develop and manage relationships with prospects and accounts in your territory
o Have a clear understanding of competition, both on local and international level

o Identification and qualification of new commercial targets (Big accounts and high potential mid-market accounts).
o Prospection and making appointments according to targets set by the Managing Director.
o Response to tenders, RFIs, RFQs, etc.
o Lobby with high level decision makers
o Negotiation and closing of deals while maintaining command of the sales cycle.
o Reporting of activity to MD
o Work effectively as part of a sales team and independently
o Effective use of the company’s sales CRM database.
o Detecting and closing upsell & cross-sell opportunities
o Must be able to travel often, both domestically and internationally

What we are looking for

You should be passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and new technologies.

Ideal candidates should possess the following knowledge and experience:
• University Degree
• 4+ years of experience in a sales function of B2B platforms or consulting and proven network in the ASEAN market.
• Hunter mentality is mandatory. You must hold dearly, deep within your soul, the tasks of prospection, negotiation and closing of deals
• You must have excellent negotiation techniques and you are used to dealing with decision makers, mostly Heads of Marketing Departments.
• You are a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and positive personality, and a can-do attitude.
• Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
• Understanding of Saas and benefit statements
• Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective presentations skills during demos of AB Tasty’s solutions both virtually and face-to-face
• Proven track record in driving results through change
