What you will do

As Technical Pre-Sales, you will take ownership of this function, making a huge contribution to the sales cycle and extremely influential in ongoing product development.

• Technical point of contact for prospects and presales consultant
• Scope and define client integration requirements to facilitate their CRO objectives
• Feed market insight into ongoing product development
• Communicate all new product modifications and capabilities to clients and internal teams

What we are looking for

You should be passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and new technologies.

Ideal candidates should possess the following knowledge and experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years or equivalent experience sales engineering and services in SaaS
  • Must be outgoing and an excellent communicator at all levels - Customer facing
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Previous experience with testing, personalization or analytics tools would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and web technologies in general (webservers, CDN, JS tags, SPA). Additional knowledge in other programming language is a good bonus (especially server-side: Node.js, PHP,...)
  • Solid understanding of API Integrations and CRM/ SaaS marketing technologies
  • Ability to sell, scope, price with limited support
  • Ability to independently conduct meetings with engineering-level, management-level or executive level customer personnel in regard to positioning sales and solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the ecomm / online transaction ecosystem
  • Ability to explain technical details in a straightforward way to either a high-level engineer or to non-technical people (speech adaptation)
