What you will do

The mission of the Marketing Manager France will be to drive the marketing strategy and all marketing activities including demand generation, events, channel marketing programs, and public relations. He/she is responsible for managing the marketing budget for France and will be part of the board committee.
Main Objectives
Initiate and execute the annual Marketing Plan for France
Work on demand generation and increase sales pipeline
Build Customer engagement to increase upsell/cross-sell and customer satisfaction

As Marketing Manager, you will be overall responsible for developing and profitably growing AB Tasty’s in France with a solid marketing plan.
Deliver qualified leads to the French sales team using full marketing mix, development of both lead acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns, and other campaigns in regional campaign creation; participating in these promotional activities for promoting products

  • Generate leads from Digital Demand Gen activities : Webinars, Social Media, Google Adwords, marketing automation, other online Lead Gen tactics and offline activities : seminars, conferences, corporate event for brand promotion, covering all aspects regarding event planning and management, providing active support in conducting market research regarding the event, event coordination, designing, content, etc.
  • Define, develop and adapt appropriate content for the FR market : case study, ebook, infographics, videos
  • Create an environment of strong alignment between sales and marketing with an emphasis on creative solutions supporting sales objectives : closely working with the sales, consulting team, and SDR team for evaluating the total impact of marketing activities, and gathering feedback from them regarding its success in generating opportunities
  • Work on a ambassador program; looking for key speakers and thought leadership presentation
  • Continually strive to further optimize the lead generation and management process
  • Ensure AB Tasty messaging and branding is effectively translated and replicated with the FR market; Assure roll-out of corporate positioning and messaging in the FR region
  • Deliver on the social media strategy, influencers strategy, blogging tweets etc.
  • Work with Partners team to support & deliver partners programs, co marketing with email, event, database, content..
  • Cooperate with the other Field Marketing Manager and corporate marketing organization for creation and execution of lead generation programs
  • Work on the PR program, generate speaking opportunities and visibility on french medias
  • Internal & external Communication - email invitation, newsletter, specific content, website update, corporate news; make sure to communicate all marketing activities with the company
  • Client retention : make sure to increase upsell, crosell and customer satisfaction by developing the customer community and customer program with the Customer Marketing Manager
  • Follow closely all the KPIS into Salesforce, Pardot and Google analytics to track and report on leads through the marketing funnel and sales life cycle.
  • Lead a team of 3 to 4 people : Marketing executive, event manager, content manager...

What we are looking for

We seek a leader who can build and develop the France Marketing Plan at AB Tasty. You should be passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and new technologies.

Ideal candidates should possess the following knowledge and experience:

  • 5/7 years of experience in a same job
  • Bac+5 from a business school or equivalent
  • Understanding of various marketing and sales touchpoints
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask & results orientated - lead gen and Growth Hacking
  • Team management experience
  • Align with AB Tasty core values: Customer satisfaction, reactivity, team spirit, enthusiasm
  • Seasoned experience in marketing communications
  • Solid experience of all elements of the marketing communication mix
  • Ideally software or IT background
  • Proactive work attitude, problem solver, team player
  • Autonomous, organized, structured
  • Able to communicate at Senior Management level
  • Language skills: native French, fluent English, Spanish is a plus
  • Ability of managing external suppliers and substantial budget
  • Proven experience and success working in multicultural environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • 10 to 15% travel in Europe
