Lead and build a high-performing technology team (Recruitment & Management) - Most Important

You will be in charge of constantly train your guys to ensure that everybody stay at the top of the art. Motivation, training, team spirit are you main goals.
Be responsible for our technology:
Build a reliable, scalable and highly performant technology stack using industry best practices. You'll ensure our architecture is flexible and scalable to allow for growth, but are capable of making trade-offs between speed and perfection. You'll be responsible for consistently delivering meaningful features, applications and technology solutions that solve business problems. You'll consistently communicate and deliver to commitments and increase the velocity of our teams by removing roadblocks. You'll be responsible for driving new business and growth through engineering solutions.
Scope of the Position:
Our tech team is devided on 2 sections. Feature teams are in charge of the software developpement, Foundation team is in charge of Data and Infra. The head of Engineering is responsable for the Feature teams part. You will have the lead on 4 Feature teams (2 in Paris, 2 abroad) for a total of 20 persons under your command.
If you well manager the Feature teams and ensure a perfect delivery of the product, you will take the lead on foundation team, our data and infra team. The position is also called to become a VP Position if you reach that point.
This position is one of the most important we need in the company. Skills waited for this position are not tech skills but human skills. I need you to train, motivate, gargarize teams to helps them achieve more than they thought it was possible. The positionis directly linked to me and is in close partnership with the VP Product, the VP Innovation and the Head of Foundation.
