We look for a “Executive & Personal Assistant” to help our co-founders with the management of professional and personal tasks to help with the smooth running fo AB Tasty. The job is to enhance the team’s effectiveness by helping the Founders run their schedules smoothly, providing support, information, administrative and operational support, and generally being an invaluable help for Executive Committee. This involves a great deal of multitasking, prioritizing, while being helpful, personable and motivated!
This role will entail working with everyone in the company, but your main points of contact will be with our co-founders currently based between New York and Paris
What you will do:
- Acting as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence of founders
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Collating and filing expensesRecording and distributing meeting minutes
- Project team support - new project setup, create/maintain project reports, logs & requests for information.
- Executive Committee Event organization
