What you will do

Job Description:

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with natural sales instincts to join our business development team in NYC. You will gain experience interacting with prospective clients of all levels and in a variety of industries. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a learning and earning path, as well as to help scale a successful European startup in the American market.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with an Account Executive to help fill his/her pipeline and develop your skills
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g. adding contacts, sending e-mails, strategic calling)
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists by vertical and within a defined territory
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects by providing them with a world class experience and thinking of innovative ways to approach them
  • Qualify outbound leads by using our lead scoring system
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified new business opportunities

What we are looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
  • 1-2 years of corporate or sales experience (software sales is a plus)
  • Excellent written/verbal English skills
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong interest in new technologies and desire to be in technology sales
  • Prior inside sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing and/or web analytics tools is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic French language knowledge is a plus
